RTA Brightness

This morning I was looking into a issue concerning someone else not being able to make the Wing Real Time Analyzer, (RTA) work. I loaded their snap and jumped on Wing Edit. Everything looked fine and I just showed them how to set it up. What I did not realize is that they had set the "Main LCD" Brightness under the Setup > General tab to 5%. These settings are not used by Wing Edit and I got into a quick panic when I went to the Wing Touch Screen a few hours later and it was barely readable. I did a factory reset and everything was back to normal. From this point forward all my troubleshooting will be done from the mixer, and then via Wing Edit. Firmware version 3.0.6-27 and Wing Edit version 3.2.1.
