Greetings! My name is Dana Tucker and I am the owner of D & L Recording Studio LLC, located in Southwestern Virginia. I have been teaching clients how to use the X/M32 mixers via Zoom, for close to four years now with great results. On October 9th 2024, I started laying the foundation to completely overhaul my training process. It is now based on the Behringer WING Rack. My X/M32 training courses have already benefited from this overhaul.

I have invested in a LMS that is used by Fortune 500 Companies to train their upper echelon executives as well as my website SEO that supports this project. (Google “WING Rack Training” or “Advanced WING Rack Training” and see why my website stands in the rankings). One of the main reasons I chose this type of educational system, is so everyone that completes our WING Rack Instructor Training Course, will all be on the same page. That is the best way to keep everyone up to speed at the same time, as well as work on the same foundation that will eventually include the entire WING ECO System.

I expect there will be several modifications to the Firmware in the upcoming months and our videos will be updated to reflect them. These videos will not be open to the public and will be copyright protected. These videos will be used to train the companies that come on board with D & L Recording Studio LLC. At this time we are working with partners in other countries to see how we can move this worldwide or possibly offer a franchise, depending on the international tax laws.

Another advantage to using this type of a LMS, is that anyone who is involved with this can cover anyone else for the Online training worldwide, and know just where you are with the clients training. You will already have the experience of using our LMS and it’s a win win situation for both the client as well as yourself. We all know that things come up in life totally unexpected and it’s reassuring to know that others are ready and willing to step up and help out. If you don’t consider yourself a team player, do us both a favor and move on.

The commission for on-site training is 40% of the contracted job if you help with these training videos, or 20% commission if you simply take the course after it is finished being constructed. You can also view the previous link to see where your expertise may fit in. Since I have no desire to travel outside of a 300 mile radius, any company that is contracted through D & L Recording Studio LLC to do on-site training, would be eligible to pickup this contract if the client is located within a specified radius of their location.

Normally the on-site training is for one day and only scheduled after our clients have taken our own training course. This way when you arrive you will be simply reaffirming what they have already learned, you are just doing it in person. We are looking at a established price range from $2,500 to $6,000 depending on the extent of our clients contract, and how in-depth this onsite training could eventually become.

I am looking for sound companies/individuals to provide their knowledge to help us construct these staff training videos, as well as consultation work in the future. I expect these territories to start filling up quickly and they will be established on a first come fist served basis, as long as you can meet the requirements below.

  1. Be a duly licensed company located inside the jurisdiction of the United States of America. This information will be verified.
  2. Be able to provide the needed information to be issued a 1099 NEC IRS tax form. This information will be verified.
  3. Be able to pass the training program required to enter into this instructor position.
  4. Own the needed audio equipment to meet the requirements of this position.
  5. Willing to make a commitment to expand the vision of this project by simply being a Team Player.

If this sounds like something you would be passionate about doing while earning above average wages for teaching others what you love to do, simply reach out and lets start talking. I have very few pet peeves in life but my two worst ones are time management and deadlines. They both pretty well tell you what they are in their own descriptions, yet in 2024 fewer and fewer people truly understand what they mean, or how to achieve them. Humbly, Dana Tucker.
