Mission Statement
The mission of The Liz & Dana Tucker Church Audio Ministry, Inc. is to honor the life and memory of Liz Tucker by providing accessible, practical audio and technical education to churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, and their volunteer technical teams. The Ministry exists to help churches develop the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills necessary to operate their sound, recording, livestreaming, and related audio systems effectively. Through educational programs, online resources, workshops, remote instruction, on-site training, mentoring, and hands-on technical assistance, the Ministry seeks to make quality audio education available to churches regardless of their financial resources or technical experience.
The Ministry was born from a dream shared by Liz and Dana Tucker: to travel throughout the United States as well as assist through Zoom Meetings helping churches improve their sound systems and teaching the people who volunteer their time to serve their churches through audio and technology. Following Liz’s passing, Dana is committed to carrying that dream forward in her memory. The Ministry’s services will be offered without a mandatory fee whenever possible. Churches and individuals will not be denied access to the Ministry’s educational programs simply because they cannot afford professional audio training.
Those who wish to support the continuation and expansion of the Ministry may make voluntary contributions to help fund travel, educational resources, equipment, technology, and the organization’s charitable programs. The Ministry’s initial educational focus will include digital audio systems such as the Behringer X32, M32, WING, and WING Rack, as well as related technologies used in church sound, recording, livestreaming, and broadcast ministry. The organization will continually seek to expand its educational resources and reach additional churches throughout the United States while remaining faithful to its founding purpose: helping people serve their churches more effectively through knowledge, education, encouragement, and practical hands-on training.
