Let’s Work Together to Help Your Church Sound Better!
Every church is different. Some churches have experienced audio engineers. Others depend entirely on volunteers who may have never operated a digital mixing console before. Some churches have excellent equipment but aren’t sure how to use everything they have. Others are trying to solve audio problems with limited equipment and limited resources. Wherever your church is starting from, our goal is to help.
Let’s Talk About Your Church.
Do you have a question about your church sound system? Are you struggling with your X32, M32, or WING? Do you have volunteers who need training? Are you trying to improve your livestream audio or maybe you simply don’t know where to begin. Please reach out to us. Tell us about your church, your sound system, and the challenges you are experiencing. This information will help us understand your situation and determine how we may be able to help.
What are the biggest audio challenges your church is experiencing right now? Don’t worry about using technical terminology, just explain the problem in your own words. For example: “Our pastor’s microphone sounds muddy”, “Our volunteers don’t understand how to set the monitors”, “We have an X32 but only use a small portion of what it can do”, “Our livestream sounds terrible even though our sanctuary sounds good”, “Nobody on our team really understands routing.” Those are exactly the kinds of situations we want to help you with.
What Happens After You Submit the Request?
Once we receive your request, we will review the information you provide and contact you. Depending on your situation, we may be able to help through Online Assistance, email, video calls, online meetings, or other remote assistance. We may recommend existing training resources or arrange online instruction to help your team learn specific subjects.
When practical and when ministry resources permit, we may be able to travel to your church and provide hands-on training using your actual equipment. We may also direct you to videos, tutorials, articles, diagrams, or other resources that can help your team. Please provide us with the following information and we will contact you with the next step in our process. Fields marked with a “*” are required.
