I often get request to do On Site Consultation for training as well as troubleshooting X/M 32 systems. The majority of these situations are not user error, but installation issues. If you are new to the X/M 32 Mixers and you have installation issues, then your situation can quickly become a massive nightmare. These types of situation can be resolved via Zoom.

If you are located outside of a 500 mile range of Bristol Virginia, then Zoom will be the only option. The cost for my on-site consultation is $1,500 plus $150 for fuel and $300 per day for room and board, with a two day minimum for room and board. If I have to drive 8 hours to your location, I will be there the day before so we can start fresh the next morning.

The cost for doing this using Zoom is a flat $1000 fee.
